Video: True Blood’s Joe Manganiello’s Muscle & Fitness Photo Shoot

Joe Manganiello works his tail off to play True Blood’s brooding werewolf Alcide Herveaux, and thankfully we get to see the payoff for those hour long fitness sessions nearly every Sunday night on HBO from late June until mid-September. His physique has set lots of tongues wagging, that’s for sure. Manganiello recalled a story for Muscle & Fitness during the photo shoot for the July issue:

“I had a friend of mine call me and tell me that it was a girl’s birthday in his office, and they got her a cake with my picture on it. A year ago I wasn’t on anybody’s cake. It makes me feel really good, and it makes me want to work even harder from a fitness standpoint.”
