VIDEO: FG Shares 2 Sachet Tomato, 3kg Rice, Others As COVID-19 Palliative

Nigerians have taken to the social media to lament on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Stay-at-home palliative distributed by the Federal Government of Nigeria on Saturday (today) in some part of the country.

In a video obtained by Naijaparry News, a 3kg bag of rice, beans and two sachet tomato paste with a loaf of bread were seen with a man who claimed that the package was given to them by the government, to be shared in a whole zone.

According to the man, the palliative was given to them in Zone 3 in Alimosho Local Government Area in Lagos State.

In another report, a Twitter user identified as Adiatu Afeez (@adiatu10) shares some photos of the palliative given to them at the Ile-Iwe, Agbado Oke Odo LCDA.

He tweeted:

“So we received a loaf of bread and one 3kg bag of rice as a palliative package for about 200 residents of Sakiru Ibrahim estate, Ile-Iwe, Agbado Oke Odo LCDA.”
