Ingredients: 1 Cup Broken wheat / Daliya 1/2 Cup Split Green Gram Lentils / Green Moong Dal 1 Potato, Peeled and chopped 1 Tomato, chopped 1 Small Carrot, peeled and chopped 1 Small Sized Capsicum, chopped 1 Medium Sized Onion, chopped 1/2 Cup Green Peas & Corn Kernels 2 Green Chilies, finely chopped Salt to Taste Red Chilies to Taste Coriander Powder Tempering Ingredients
1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp. Mustard Seeds Few Curry Leaves Pinch of Asafoetida 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil Green Coriander, chopped for garnishing
Instructions: Wash and Soak the dal in 1/2 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Chop all the vegetables separately and keep aside. Heat the oil in a REDMOND multicooker rmc-m20 and press fry.
