Vanilla Ice Pops

Vanilla Ice Pops

Ice pops are addictive. They are good thirst quenchers. My 3 year old just loves ice pops and stick ice creams. Instead of getting some from shop I decided to make some for him at home. This is really healthy as it is just milk. By this he tends to consume 2 pops a day.
Ingredients:
500 ml of full fat milk (Chilled)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 g of sugar (adjust as per your taste)
Other Requirements:
Popsicle tray
Method:
Powder sugar to a fine consistency (refer notes)
Blend milk, powdered sugar and vanilla essence for about 3 minutes.
Pour it to the Popsicle tray
Just tap the tray gently to remove air bubbles.
Insert the holder stick.
Place it in the freezer.
 Leave it overnight.
Once frozen, show the tray in running water (Refer notes)
Remove the ice pops gently and serve.

Enjoy..

Notes;
Use powdered sugar else, sugar will collect at the bottom and spoil the taste of pops.
Showing the frozen ice pops tray in running water is necessary else, the shpe will get cracked.
