Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posts. I have so many fun pictures from eating out, camping, and hiking.
Isn’t Utah beautiful?! This is taken from BYU one of the prettiest campuses I’ve ever seen.
For dinner the first night I was here Lee J took me to SPARK, a local non-alcoholic lounge. It was super fun inside. I took pics with my iPhone so I could share while still here since I left the computer.
Lee J ordered a mojto and said it was awesome. I’ll take his word for it.
After surveying the menu I ordered the chicken sandwich that had a sun roasted aioli sauce and arugula. I love the skinny French bread it came on.
The side salad of spring mix, raspberry vinaigrette and Parmesan was just was the doctor ordered as a side dish.
Since SPARK we’ve been on the road eating fast food an camping. That post is coming when i get home. But it includes fire roasted corn on the Von, hot dogs, s’mores and Arches National Monument!!!
