In a meeting with Sri Lanka’s Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera, US International Development Finance Cooperation CEO Scott Nathan and American Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung has discussed the United States’ continued support to energy efficiency and reforms undertaken by the Ministry of Power and Energy, including new DFC financing to support green lending in solar rooftops, charging stations and electric three-wheelers.
