The United States registered Black Russian President Vladimir Putin who claimed and the owner of the Taipan from the second largest plantation in London on Tuesday in the latest sanctions on the Ukraine invasion.

Treasury US announces sanctions on Associate and billionaire Putin Andrey Grigoryevich Gurev, who has Witanhurst Estate, the second largest plantation in London after Buckingham Palace.
Gurev is the founder and former Deputy Chairperson of Phosagro, the main supplier of the global fertilizer market.
He and his son were beaten with financial sanctions, which prohibited US businesses – including banks with US branches – from transactions with them, and froze their assets under US jurisdiction.
Treasury also entered the Blacklist Yacht Alfa Nero 81 meters (267 feet) Gurev, which placed it at the risk of seizures.
However, the Ministry of Finance said that Alfa Nero “reportedly had turned off its location tracking hardware to avoid seizures.”
The treasury also imposed sanctions on Alina Kabaeva, a former Olympic gymnast who was widely described as Putin’s girlfriend, and Natalya Popova, Kirill Dmitriev’s wife, manager of the Russian government’s major wealth fund manager.
Treasury said Popova worked for Innopractics technology companies, which were run by one of Putin’s daughters.
“When innocent people suffer from the Russian illegal aggression war, Putin’s ally has enriching themselves and funding a luxurious lifestyle,” Finance Minister Janet Yellen said in a statement.
“The Ministry of Finance will use every tool we have to ensure that the Russian elites and Kremlin Enabler are responsible for their involvement in the war that has countless numbers of lives,” Yellen said.
Viktor Filippovich Rashnikov, one of Russia’s largest taxpayers, and two subsidiaries from its MMK, which is one of the largest steel producers in the world, was also beaten with sanctions.
In joint action, the Department of Foreign Affairs imposed sanctions, including visa restrictions, in the oligarchy “running companies that generate large income,” including Dmitry Aleksandrovich Pumpyanskiy, Andrey Igorevich Melnichenko and Alexander Anatolevich Pononarenko.
In addition, nearly 900 Russian officials were placed in the list of US visa prohibitions, as well as 31 unnamed non-Russian officials who had supported the Russian occupation in Crimea, the Department of Foreign Affairs said.
“Today, the United States took additional action to ensure that the Kremlin and its enabler felt the effect of the compounding of our response to the unreasonable Kremlin aggression war,” said Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
