I went into our woods this morning to see how much damage the winds of the last few days and nights had done. It was very slippy underfoot so I was carefully looking downwards to take care where I put my feet, I was surprised to see this.
It looks just like a little door at the base of the tree ....
... further along the track I came to this one. Most definitely a door and two little windows. It seems our woodland has been occupied by little people.
I hope the folk that live in this one have paid their Council Tax they seem to have put out their Wheelie Bins for collection.
Aren't they all lovely, I hope to meet the little occupants one day but up to now they have all been too shy to make an appearance.
