Throughout university I’ve always had bills-included housing packages – whilst they probably turn out a little more expensive it’s often easier. This year I’m pay quite a big proportion of my rent as bills due to living in an old style house with massive dodgy windows (there’s a gap in mine that takes nearly half a roll of toilet paper to block up!).
