A. We can’t even find her!
Q. Does she even exist at all?
A. At one time she did, apparently.
Q. Is she even alive?
A. Hell if I know.
Q. Why should we believe any of this bullshit?

Q. This is stupider than Who’s on First? Screw this, case dismissed. No victim, no crime. Period. There’s no victim in this case. If you can’t find her, she doesn’t even exist.
Look, you can’t have a crime without a victim. No victim, no crime. In a rape offense, you need a victim. The victim means the person who got raped. That person needs to appear in court to testify, assuming they are alive. If they’re dead, you need to prove the accused killed the victim. If they’re alive and you can find them, the victim needs to testify. If they won’t testify, no case. Accused walks. When a victim refuses to testify, in a sense there is no victim. There isn’t even any crime. There’s nothing at all. You can’t put someone in jail for doing nothing to no one.
This guy’s a scumbag, but she should have walked. If there’s no victim in a rape trial of a living person, defendant walks, period. Not fair? Too bad. Life’s not fair.
Yet another consequence of Female Rule. Under Male Rule, this guy would have walked. He probably would not have even spent long in jail in the first place. No victim, no trial. No victim, no waiting for a trial.
