Each candidate is given a score based on their merit which they can earn in many ways. The CRS awards individual points in two categories: the main set of 600 points and a set of additional 600 points upon Provincial Nomination.

As of 11th May 2022, the average CRS Score noted is 769.2 out of 1200.
