UN Report On Syria Chem Attack Released (Embedded)

The United Nations has issued it's investigative report into the August 21, 2013 Ghouta, Syria attack and as expected, they do not point the fingers at either the Assad regime nor the rebels, providing no proof that Syrian leader Bashar Assad is responsible as the obama administration claims.
Obama from his Syria speech: The situation profoundly changed, though, on August 21st, when Assad’s government gassed to death over a thousand people, including hundreds of children.
Obama claims to know Assad did it, despite videos shown of the Syrian rebels, which Obama supports, launching chemical weapons.
The UN report says there was a chemical attack... period.
The report will be embedded at the bottom of the article, but before that, another critical point comes to mind:
The UN provides no casualty numbers, so it is unclear where Obama and co. pulled their numbers from when claiming that over 1400 people were killed, including 400 children, in the chemical attack.
One more major point: After all the dire warnings of a false flag attack being imminent..... the very day the UN issues this long awaited report, no one is paying attention to it, or the fact that it does not verify a word of obama's claims, because there was a shooting at the DC Naval yard, which has everyone's attention focused elsewhere.
One hell of a coincidence if you ask me.
