Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain has held on to the UK All-Formats No.1 despite a huge 78 per cent decline in sales week-on-week.
Chart-Track notes that the average drop off in week two is 67 per cent.
Super Mario Maker also launches strongly at No.2, selling enough units to see it become the Wii U's fourth best-selling title in week one – only bettered by Mario Kart 8 , Super Smash Bros. and NintendoLand.
Warner's Mad Max drops to third (sales down 66 per cent), followed by Disney Infinity 3.0 and Sony's Until Dawn at No.5. Microsoft's Gears of War: Ultimate Edition drops three places to No.6.
Sony's reworked Tearaway Unfolded on PS4 is the week's only other new entry, coming in at No.33.
