Yakkalamulla Police on Saturday arrested a male and a female suspect allegedly involved in the double murder that took place in a Cinnamon plantation in Kaluwalagala, Yakkalamulla, Galle recently. A 47-year-old male suspect and a 35-year-old female suspect were arrested, police said.
It has been revealed in the initial investigations that the male suspect was riding the motorcycle that the killers came in and it has been revealed that the female suspect is also involved in these murders. A four-year-old child and a 33-year-old man were killed in a shooting that took place in the cinnamon plantation on October 19.
