A tech blogger named Jane Manchun Wong says that Twitter is on track to add a bitcoin wallet option.

Jane Manchun Wong, a well-known tech writer, says that the social media giant Twitter is working on a “wallet prototype” that would let users put and take out bitcoins.

In September 2016, Twitter introduced a way for users to tip content creators using Bitcoin.

Around the middle of February, Ethereum users were able to tip on Twitter with their cryptocurrency.

Early in 2018, users of the social media platform were also able to put non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on their profile pictures.

When bitcoin wallets are expected to be added, Twitter could become a fully functional Web3 platform.
