Brooklyn post-punk quartet TV on the Radio are back with a slicing new single “Mercy,” that’s a welcome return to familiar territory (the band’s last album was 2011′s Nine Types of Light). “Mercy” is bright, bold, and evokes shades of classic mid-aughts indie rock meets dance punk, with a futuristic twist.
