What you need:
1kg chicken thigh
65g yogurt2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp ketchup3 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp salt1 tsp black pepper powder1 tbsp chilli powder1 ½ tsp cumin powder⅛ tsp cinnamon
Method:
Cut chicken into cubes.
In a bowl, combine all the seasoning and mix well.
Add in chicken and marinate. Chill overnight.
Skewer it with a combination of colourful peppers, onions and pineapple.
Grill to doneness.
