TS EAMCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2019 must be followed for Application purposes. Only the candidates who fulfill all the required eligibility criteria will be able to apply for the TS EAMCET 2019. The application forms will get rejected if the candidate is not eligible for the exam and tries to manipulate the information for the application. Eligibility Criteria are set for the purpose of creating a fair chance of competition and create a transparent process of examination among the candidates. These eligibility criteria are set with the purpose. Any candidate who is not eligible for the exam must not apply for the examination. Such Application Forms will get rejected without any prior information. Following are the Eligibility Criteria that must be fulfilled if the candidate is aspiring for the exam, TS EAMCET 2019.

A common criterion for all the programs for Common Entrance Test (EAMCET 2019) Telangana is as follows:

Nationality

Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Person of India Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders are also eligible to apply.

Domicile

Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
They should prove or satisfy the local / Non- local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh by regulations of Admission. They should have the certificates as proof during the document verification as well as at the time of TS EAMCET Counselling. The documents are Certificates from Class 8th ill Intermediate/ 10+2 certificates.

Age

There is no Upper Age Limit for any of the courses.
One must have completed at least 17 years of age at the time of admissions.

TS EAMCET Stream-wise Eligibility

For each stream you are applying, the candidate is required to fulfill a set of eligibility criteria along with the general criteria already mentioned above. The Stream-wise Eligibility Criteria are discussed below.

For Engineering, B. Pharmacy, B.Sc. (Commercial Agri. & Business Mgt.)

Qualifying Exam: Candidates passed or appeared in 10+2 exam or any other exam recognized as equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as optional subject from any recognized board of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh for candidates enrolled during 2000-2002. Or
Candidates must have passed or appeared in final year of a diploma in engineering from any recognized board of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have cleared the qualifying exam with a minimum of 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).

For B.Tech and B.Sc. (CA & BM),

The candidates must be 17 years of age or more as or on December 31, 2019
The upper limit for admission to courses mentioned in the previous point is 22 years for general candidates and 25 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes as or on December 31, 2019.

For B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc.

Qualifying Exam

Candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in TS EAMCET 2019, irrespective of subjects chosen by them in qualifying exam.
Candidates must be at least of 17 years of age as or on December 31, 2019, and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on December 31, 2019.

For BAMS/BHMS/BNYS

Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have successfully cleared or appeared in 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Botany/Zoology which also includes a practical test in each subject.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have scored 50% (40% for reserved category) or higher in the qualifying exam.

For B.Pharmacy Course

Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Zoology/Botany, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates should obtain 45% marks or more (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

For Pharma-D Course

Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed or appeared for 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized board in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates must have passed or appeared in final year of the Diploma examination or equivalent in Pharmacy course from any recognized of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.

TS EAMCET 2019 Application Form

TS EAMCET Application Form was released on 6th March 2019. The candidates had applied for the exam till 5th April 2019. Application Form for TS EAMCET released on the official website of - eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Only the eligible candidates applied for the examination. The procedure that is followed is Registration & Fee Payment, Login, Form Filling, Image Upload, and Printing Confirmation.

Registration & Fee Payment

Though the usual dates for the Registration of TS EAMCET 2019 are over, the candidates can still register themselves till 28th April 2019 along with the Late Fee charges. The provisions are made for the convenience of the candidate. Follow these steps to register:

Submission and Print the Application

Once all the above-mentioned steps are followed, check the box starting 'I accept the terms and conditions.' As soon as candidates check the box a message will appear on the screen asking the candidate to either click on 'ok' or 'cancel.' If there are changes to be made, candidates will have to click on the " cancel option" and they can rectify any information. However, if everything has been correctly filled then click on the "Ok" button. The TS EAMCET 2019 application form will be submitted. Candidates will have to download and take a print out of filled in TS EAMCET application form 2019 for future reference.

TS EAMCET 2019 Application Form Correction

In case candidates commit any error while filling the TS EAMCET application form 2019, they do not need to worry. The exam conducting body had opened the correction window from April 6 to 9 for the candidates to rectify/edit the information mentioned in their application form.

TS EAMCET Admit Card 2019

An admit card is the most important document for the candidate appearing in the examination. To appear in the examination the candidate is required to prove that they are eligible to appear in the exam. The admit card is the authority letter that actually proves the same. TS EAMCET Admit Card 2019 will release on the official website on 20th April 2019. The examination is going to start from 3rd May 2019. Thus, 15 days before the commencement of the examination, TS EAMCET Hall Ticket 2019 will release. It is mandatory to carry your admit card on the day of the examination to the exam hall. ANy candidate in the absence of the correct admit card will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Check all the details mentioned on the admit card before you download.
