This is my first outfit post since discovering what true modesty is. Letting go of all the things I used to rely on from this world really does take a lot of getting used to. It's strange yet refreshing seeing the new and improved me!
For this look I wore a gray shaggy cardigan which is so long it covers my hands. A gray and black blouse. Black maxi skirt, velvet turban and velvet ankle boots. My hair is natural..no heat. It's been just over a year since I did a big chop. I was totally nervous, being that I hadn't shot for my fashion blog in quite some time, and never without makeup, jewelry and my hair either straitened or in extensions. I didn't really get as many shots as I would have liked. However I'm glad that I pushed myself to do it. I can't afford to reject the truth about wearing heels, makeup and hair altering. My soul depends on it!
