While we’re not entirely sure whether Denis O’Hare’s highly entertaining character on True Blood, Russell Edgington, will make a come back (well, O’Hare himself has said he’ll be back), we will be able to see the talented actor on another TV series, American Horror Story. FX has picked up the new series, which was created by Glee’s Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. According to FX chief John Landgraf, American Horror Story is a “really complicated, interesting psychological horror show.”
The show will center on Ben, a sensitive therapist (played by Dylan McDermott), and his gorgeous wife (Friday Night Lights’ Connie Britton) who is a force to be reckoned with, and their nosy neighbor (to be played by Jessica Lange). O’Hare is set to play Larry, aka “Larry the Burn Guy.” The pilot episode will premiere in October.
