True Blood Receives Emmy Nomination for Production Design

It’s good to see True Blood mentioned in the Emmy nominations!

True Blood’s Set Design team have been nominated for an Emmy. Congratulations to Suzuki Ingerslev, Cat Smith and Ron V. Franco for their fabulous set design of the first episode of the show’s final season, “Jesus Gonna Be Here.” 

They were nominated for the following award and have some tough competition:

Outstanding Production Design For A Narrative Contemporary Or Fantasy Program (One Hour Or More) – 2015

  • Gotham
  • House of Cards
  • True Blood – “Jesus Gonna Be Here” HBO Suzuki Ingerslev, Production Designer, Cat Smith, Art Director, Ron V. Franco, S.D.S.A.

Also, True Blood’s King Russell Edgington, Denis O’Hare received a nomination for his part in “American Horror Story: Freak Show.”

Denis is nominated for Supporting Actor, Limited Series or Movie.
