Ingredients:
1/2 Can of condensed milk
500ml double cream
50g Caster Sugar
130g Milk Chocolate
50g White chocolate
50g Dark Chocolate
Measure out half a small can of condensed milk into a bowl
Into a microwave safe bowl, melt 100g of milk chocolate 20 seconds at a time until melted.
Stir in the condensed milk into the melted chocolate and set aside.
Add sugar to the double cream and whisk.
Whip the double cream until it creates soft peaks.
Spoon the cream into a bowl.
Pour and fold in the chocolate condensed milk mixture.
Add white chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate chunks into the cream and fold in roughly.
Add a little chocolate sauce and give it a quick stir.
Into a freezer suitable container, add a little of the cream mixture and then drizzle a little chocolate sauce, and repeat until all the cream mixture is used.
Finish by adding a little more chocolate sauce and a few sprinkles and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
