Awesome Day of The Dead Themed Wedding
Trinity Centre Wedding Photographers
Oh well then – this is how to start the year off properly!
Lauren & Ben had the most awesome wedding at The Trinity Centre in Bristol back at the beginning of January. There were so many fantastic DIY details and all of their friends and family really pitched in to make their Day of the Dead themed wedding come to life. From the gorgeous bride & groom candy skulls on all the stationery to the Mexican Food buffet extravaganza – their wedding was just one big Mexican Fiesta from start to finish. I was absolutely in love with the Trinity Centre – a church converted to a community venue. It had all the theatrical grandeur during the ceremony of stage lighting and a stained glass window – yet during the evening party the open venue space was just perfect for having a big ol bash!
Lauren & Ben had a first look / first touch just before their ceremony was set to start and I have to say that I am a bit partial to a first look. It is just so awesome to see how absolutely thrilled couples are to see each other for the first time. Lauren and Ben chose to have their first look in front of the vintage guitar shop across the street – which is pretty fitting since Ben plays the guitar and sings in a band. In fact, Ben even treated his new bride to a few tunes in the evening. It is bad enough that I have to be physically removed from the dance floor at the end of an evening – but do you know how hard it is to leave at the end of the evening when the groom’s band is having an awesome session!?!
Congratulations Lauren & Ben – you two have really set the bar for 2015!
