Tribal Call: Raif Adelberg Mens Fall/Winter 2013 Look-book Images

Take the eerie intriguing plume of smoke signals together with the handmade beauty of Native American trinkets.  Then throw in some camouflaging nature evoking prints and textures into the fire.  Anchor the effect with a fresh handmade aesthetic with a pristine refined dynamic and what's brought to the table?  The Fall/Winter 2013 look-book from promising menswear newbie Raif Adelberg.

My review of the collection can be seen here, but it's always interesting to note the inspiration of a look-book.  That often tells you how the designer's mood board may have looked.  I suspect Mr. Adelberg's mood board consisted of Native American warrior visuals, some gothic dark and mysterious imagery and fresh nubbly textures and surfaces that scream winter warmth.  The effect of the show was beautiful and the look book serves to seal that effect as a wearable, warm collection that speaks to a man's sense of progressive shapes, identifiable weaves and fabrics and need for strength met with a cozy hand.
