Traveling to…San Diego {Part 2}

By Thedreamery

So yes, I’ve been on another hiatus. It’s been 15 days since my return from San Diego and I miss it way too dearly! I felt so inspired when we first came back, but as such is the responsibilities of life, and things got in the way. But I’ve taken a stand to persevere and decided to put financial investment into The Dreamery, and am considering  Well Yoked. We shall see what is to be, it’s all about following your dreams right? I’ll leave you with more of my trip…

As the saying goes “the early bird gets the worm”. Me and Marisela couldn’t sleep any longer, and decided to walk downtown San Diego on a gorgeous morning and found ourselves enjoying a refreshing iced Hawaiian coffee while meeting new people

breakfast must always begin with a bloody mary and it paired deliciously with Isabel’s Cantina Cinnamon Raisin Bread French toast, with a side of scrambled egg whites with mozzarella and fresh fruit. Brittany, my other bloody mary sister, savored hers alongside her breakfast burrito and hash

I miss having a garden and watering the dusty miller…need to be serious about gardening again

I have an unexplainable love for sailboats, maybe because they remind me of my dad and our love of the sea

what’s better than an afternoon stroll along the marina and freshly baked cookies from the Seaport Cookie Company

We just couldn’t leave San Diego without making one last stop at Bluewater for more fresh oysters, a bowl of hearty Seafood Chiopino and  Grilled Swordfish taco…oh I’ll miss those oysters and the ocean’s natural saltiness

watching the sunset on our last  day in San Diego was the saddest part of the trip, but I know it won’t be the last one and there will be plenty more of these sunsets in my future
