My second evening in Ireland was spent exploring the town of Cob, Cork (pronounced "cove"). I was amazed at this little seaside town and its colorful buildings. It was everything you imagine a European town to be - as if it was taken straight from a postcard. The most interesting part about Cob is that it was the last town where the Titanic docked before setting off for America. Unfortunately, the Titanic museum and restaurant were both closed as it was a Monday, but just being there felt like I had stepped back in time.
