Travel With Me - Jaipur Marriott - A Perfect Weekend Destination

This trip was special as it was my first ever Media FAM trip to Jaipur Marriott. 6 bloggers, along with Binisha and Deeba aptly described her as “Someone who never stopped charming us with those characteristic dimples, exuberant energy, positive attitude helping make the weekend totally worthwhile.”
A memorable weekend, lots of food, travel and sightseeing. It was about drenching ourselves, in the warm hospitality of Jaipur Marriott and soak in the colors of “Pink City”.Our journey started with breakfast at JW Marriott, Aerocity and a lovely welcome card, that was signed by the GM, Rohit Dar of Jaipur Marriott, followed by freshly baked food from Delhi baking Company, JW Marriott.
En route Jaipur we took a break at a road side dhaba where we had hot stuffed paratha with tea. When we reached Jaipur Marriott, we were warmly greeted and it was heartwarming to see personalized pillow with our name embroidered on it. Luxurious rooms, almost like a mini suite, and the first impression of velvet, texture, colors were exciting enough to understand that our weekend would be awesome. Jaipur Marriott is truly a global property. With more than 300 rooms, 3 restaurants and bar, full-fledged baking company and two massive banquet hall to manage big fat weddings. Food (Okra – Saffron – lounge 18 – Jaipur baking Co)We had a great evening at lounge 18 – Drinks and tapas with Rohit Dar(GM), Chef Sahil Arora(Executive Chef), Nitasha(Marcom and PR head) and Sudeep Sharma (Director of Food and Beverages)
Okra – All day dinning multi cuisine restaurant has amazing spread, from pan Asian(sushi, shashmi dumpling to tepanyaki ). Indian spread too is excellent. You shouldn’t miss their laal Maas which I felt was more authentic than the one we had at spice court. The spread here is lavish and better than some of the great five stars in Delhi. I loved their breakfast spread too that has amazing puris(very different from what you get in Delhi) and offcourse my favorite jalebi :D.
Saffron – This is an amazing specialty Indian restaurant. Chef Paramjeet who has worked with Oberoi in Delhi before(Amaranta and 361 degree) is brilliant with  Indian cuisine. We enjoyed and relished our dinner at Saffron on the pool side. I had the most amazing lamb (Raan) and the meat was falling off the bones. Raan was succulent, juicy, flavorful – purely heaven! Lounge 18 – We had an amazing evening here with the entire leadership team of Jaipur Marriott and had some lip smacking tapas along with some great selection of cheese and cold cuts. The interesting part about lounge 18 is that, it transform into a night club post 10 PM on weekends. Jam packed and fun to hang around! This place is more exciting and buzzing and was beyond my expectations. .
Jaipur baking Co – one of the key features of Marriott luxury property is that they own baking company. Pastry expert - Chef Anil manages the entire show here. Freshly baked bread, excellent pastry, chocolates and freshly baked cookies – you will love every bite and the freshness lifts your spirits!!Apart from two huge banquet hall to manage big fat wedding, Marriott has world class Spa(O2), with best of the available spa treatment to relax you and your body. Their Gym has international equipment and they have a well-trained trainer too to guide you. Huge swimming pools where you can relax, and take your kids too as they have separate pool for kids.

It was well spent weekend and truly enjoyed warm hospitality of Jaipur Marriott. I have been to Jaipur many times in past and stayed in other luxury hotels, however Marriott gives you truly, an international experience.
