After months of waiting, the #NightTube is finally launching this weekend – hooray! Please see below for some of the most exciting late-night offerings.

Sartoria’s Victoria Line Martini

To celebrate the 24-hour tube, the bar team at Sartoria, minutes away from Oxford Street, have created a cocktail inspired by the Victoria line. A striking blue in colour, the blend of The London No1 gun, Tio Pepe and bitter orange is shaken over ice and served in a martini glass. Priced at £11, it is the perfect pick me up, accompanied by Francesco Mazzei’s delicious bar snacks.

Delicious tapas and creative cocktails at Ember Yard, Soho

Situated in the heart of Soho, a mere ten minute walk from Oxford Circus, Ember Yard’s kitchen will be open untilmidnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and will provide the go-to spot for delicious tapas and creative cocktails. The fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and takes inspiration from Spanish and Italian methods of cooking over charcoal. It is located at number 60 Berwick Street (in the heart of Soho) and is a lovely two storey restaurant and bar, with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a cool and cosy bar on the lower ground floor.

Late night cocktails at The Blind Pig

Guests at Jason Atherton’s speakeasy style bar, The Blind Pig, can work their way through the innovative selection of signature cocktails and extensive menu of ‘bites and jars’ until the early hours. Located close to Oxford Circus station, perfect to catch the Central or Victoria night tube home.
