Travel Guides for Kids by Kids
Growing up I always remember heading out on vacations with the family and despite all the excitement of packing our bags, jumping on an airplane and arriving to a new destination there was always one thing nagging me in the back of my mind. This place looks great, but where are all the kids activities, what is there for ME to do?
I’d always run into the hotel lobby and grab all the pamphlets I could see, looking for the most exciting thing my sister and I could plan for the week. With all the information it was always tough to sift through and tell if we would like any of the adventures that were advertised.
One trip I remember in particular was to England, where we spent 10 days driving all throughout the country and visiting countless villages, historical sites and churches. While us kids understood the importance of visiting these important places, we were still kids after all and always looking for some childlike fun.
Now, thanks to The UK Our Way, there is tons of helpful information for all those kids looking for the best ways to fill their days while on holiday in the UK including guides on the best place to fly a kite and the best place to build a sandcastle among countless others.
So while no trip should leave out the important historical and significant sites along the way, the kids have the chance to plan their own adventures and finally have an easy and fun way to explore and experience all they can imagine while still learning about the world around them.
