Toy Tuesday: Organic Storybooks for Baby

Reading to your baby is not only a fun shared activity but it also provides many benefits to your child. It teaches your baby about language and communication, provides visual and cognitive stimulation with colorful pages (or black and white for newborn age), and promotes bonding as your baby is comforted with the familiar sound of your voice. Organic fabric storybooks are an essential item for your child's toy collection as he/she can enjoy reading the all natural books but also can teethe on them whenever he/she pleases. Too many times have I seen a mom with her child teething on what once was a once board book now with pages soggy and withered. This is a non-toxic option for your child that can be washed and played with infinitely. There are few organic storybooks on the market at this time but the books I have found seem to be of great quality and have colorful pages for baby to enjoy.
