August 13, 2014- The question in the tiny town of Cormorant, Minnesota isn't “who let the dogs out?” The question is who let the dogs in- to politics that is.Minnesota politics is not without other strange occurrences- 5-year old Bobby Tufts recently finishing up a two year turn as mayor of Dorset, Minnesota.
