The Purple Halo is a reward after unlocking all the available badges. So you have to unlock the badges: Explorer, Secret, Mutated, Pro, Newbie, Collector and also Maxed.
How to get the Pink Halo?

The Blue Halo is a Legendary effect, and you can only get it from Robux Boxes.
