Tower Of Fantasy Simulacra Tier List
There are 17 simulacra that you can unlock in Tower of Fantasy. There are two types of rarity, some are SR and some are SSR. Generally, the rarer the simulacra are, the better, but sometimes the situation can be a little different. When it comes to ranking simulacra, only their passive abilities matter; other than that, the most important thing is their weapons, which are another story. In this list of levels, we will divide simulacra into three Tiers: S, A, and B. This guide only covers the simulacra available in the global version of Tower of Fantasy, i.e. there are no Chinese exclusives.
Tier Simulacra
S Nemesis, Frigg, Claudia, KING, and Samir
A Coco Ritter, Huma, Crow, Meryl, Shiro, Tsubasa, and Zero
B Bai Ling, Echo, Hilda, Pepper, and Ene
Tier S
All Tier S simulacra have the best passive abilities, making them an excellent choice of simulacra. For example, King’s passive ability allows him to regenerate 10% of his health by killing just five enemies. Or Nemesis’ passive, which can inflict 100 additional hits with Electrode and heal allies and himself with 200% attack. All in all, S-level simulacra are worth considering.
Tier A
The Simulacra of this level are extraordinarily powerful and approach level S. Crow has an excellent ability to inflict an additional 12% damage for 20 seconds when he enters combat, or whenever Zero uses any ability, he reduces Relic’s cooldown by 3 seconds. These characters are great, but their numbers aren’t that crazy.
Tier B
You should only use these weaker level B drills when there is no other option available. A great example is Hilda’s passive skill, which increases vehicle speed by 10%, which is not practical. Level B drills provide bonuses, but not to the level of the other two levels.
