Thinking that I would use this on my children, I was surprised when I came down with a cold and needed breathing relief.  I used this on my chest, back and a little under my nose before going to sleep at night.  It really helped me breath easily and get a decent night's sleep.  The rub is silky smooth and doesn't leave you feeling greasy.  I love this product and will definitely use it on my children as well.
