This week, the top ten is: top ten young adult debuts for 2013! Here's a few of the new authors we will be introduced to in the upcoming year!
- Umbridge from Harry Potter. Okay, this one is a clear choice. No one likes Umbridge. Enough said.
- Bella Swan from Twilight I'm sure she will be on A LOT of people's list. Even though she was the first character I really liked, she also frustrates me once I look back at her. She's not strong, she isn't a wonderful character - she just makes wrong choices.
- Daemon Black from Obsidian. Hot + jerk = FRUSTRATING. That's the description of Daemon Black. You love him, but you know you're not supposed to because of his personality.
- Warner from Shatter Me. He's always swaying back and forth between good and bad! I ca't wait to read more about him in Unravel Me.
- Lily from From What I Remember. My review for this went up just a few days ago, and if you couldn't tell, I really didn't like Lily. She was just annoying and I wanted to slap her and tell her to shut up a good time. Like Kylie have the spotlight every once in a while!
- Day from Black City. So I can relate to her very much, with the really caring about school and all that good stuff. But she frustrated me when it came to relationships and whatnot. She was always jealous and made stupid decisions.
- Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games. Okay, don't get me wrong, but I love Katniss. She's sometimes oblivious to the whole boys actually do like her thing and that bugs me. Like she feels like she's too good for them.
- Ever from The Immortals Series. So the books kind of lost my interest, and that was because I kept hating on Ever. She always made stupid decisions and one moment she would act like she was on top of the world and the next she was cowering in the corner. Make up your mind, woman.
- Adrian by Vampire Academy/Bloodlines. So, the same goes for him as it did for Daemon Black. Just hot, and a jerk and frustrating.
