You already know what kind of topics people Googled in 2014, and now we get to look at what pirates around the world searched for most in 2014. And no, porn is not even on this list.
Folks over at TorrentFreak have put together data collected from “one of the largest torrent sites around” to narrow down the top 50 most searched keywords of the past year.
When you talk about torrents, most people immediately assume that it’s all about porn. It’s a common misconception. As you can see in this list, none of the popular porn search keywords has made it to the list (except for X Art). The torrent film distributor “YIFY” has made the top of the list. Guardians of the Galaxy, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Need for Speed and Lucy is also among the top TV and movie related searches.
