Let’s face it, even with the invention of the internet, most people in the world still have a limited view of Australia and think it’s just  kangaroos, koalas, the Sydney Opera house and the Crocodile Hunter – it’s terrible. We’re not all Hugh Jackman, but Australia does have some other exports that deserve a little acknowledgement.
