Story: Tomorrow’s Game starts when Daniel (Anda) attends his Uncle Santiago’s Baseball Hall of Fame induction. However, Daniel doesn’t have much interest in baseball himself. He starts playing with a machine that sees him fast-forward time until he gets transported back in time. Back in time, his uncle had just burst onto the scene, becoming the first Dominican player to make a major league team.

Meanwhile, Daniel wants to get back to his present day, so he gets joined by massive baseball fan Sally (Meadows). She doesn’t know how to react to his story but reluctantly offers to help him, in exchange for a chance to get him into baseball.

Verdict on Tomorrow’s Game

Tomorrow’s Game is a fantasy sci-fi movie following a relative of a baseball great who finds himself time traveling back to his Uncle’s early career. Here, he gets to see more of the problems he needed to overcome to make a difference in the game. All while learning to love the sport that helped his family become a household name.

This is a time-travel movie that uses the idea that someone needs to learn where their family came from. It shows how despite minorities being welcomed into the game, they weren’t given a warm welcome and needed to prove themselves. The battle to get fair commentary pushes this movie forward, while the unlikely friendship made in the past is filled with joy. There is a strong meaning behind this movie and never take anything for granted. Alehandro De Anda and Miranda Meadows are great together throughout the movie. This ends up having a great feel-good factor behind everything we see.

Final ThoughtsTomorrow’s Game is an enthusiastic enjoyable feel-good movie.
