Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta - Vegetarian

Baked pasta comes out to be with more flavor and taste. It is a great supper with mozzarella and ripe tomatoes. Creamy pasta dish is truly satisfying with the aromatic basil. Easy to make Italian dish is colorful, creamy, yummy, tasty and ready in couple of minutes. Also, avoid overcooking, otherwise the flavors does not come out as they have to be. Prepare in your kitchen Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta with recipe given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp olive Oil
    • 2 chopped Garlic cloves
    • 2 x 400g cans chopped Tomatoes
    • Chilli powder to taste
    • 400g Pasta
    • Handful Basil leaves
    • 250g pack sliced Mozzarella
    • 50g grated Parmesan
    • Salt to taste

How to make Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta

Step 1: Heat the oil in a pan, then add garlic and fry for 1 min. Step 2: Add tomatoes, chilli and salt, then simmer for 10 mins. Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain. Step 4: Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and basil well. Step 5: Transfer half of the pasta mixture in the baking dish, then arrange half the mozzarella over the top and sprinkle half of the Parmesan. Step 6: Add remaining pasta mixture, then mozzarella and parmesan. Step 7: Bake the dish in a preheated oven until lightly browned on top. Step 8: Add some basil and serve with a green salad.
