Another day, another Oreo themed Dairy Milk bar. So let's skip the introductory paragraph and get into it. This bar is modelled after the more recent mint variety of Oreo, and as such is filled with both Oreo crumb and a mint creme. Dairy Milk tackled the mint creme a couple of years ago with their Puddles bar, and while I found that to be a pretty decent level of mintiness, I feel that this bar is a bit much. It does even out after a while, but the initial blast of mint was enough to overpower the rest of the bar. The Oreo flavor does emerge eventually, and the crunch provides a nice texture throughout. All wrapped up in the good old Dairy Milk chocolate (or bad new Dairy Milk chocolate, but it's not so awful when there's stuff packed inside). I'd say this is another good Oreo bar, a bit heavy on the mint but a very decent effort. Now I'm just waiting for the Oreo Strawberry Cheesecake bar...
