This is the kind of snack that always satisfy our midday cravings. I usually paired my toasted bread with pesto or ricotta cheese, tomatoes and some greens {like green sprouts, alfalfa or micro-greens} little bit sea salt, olive oil and that's it!
So I thought I'd share one of our favorite snack {needless to say easy} with you.
And you can also substitute the prawns/shrimps with chicken.
