Happy Monday Lovelies. It's a new week so I thought I'd share with you a new look.
I'm quite simple and consistent when it comes to my hair but I recently decided to try something new. These kinky (being the hair type name not my sexual preference) crochet braids were a great protective hair styling option that was quite easy to install and style using 100% synthetic afro twist braid hair. Here are some pictures (from my iPhone) showing the method of installation and the end results. Enjoy! TL. Xx
Step 1& 2: My Natural Hair is completely braided and then strips of the synthetic afro twist braid hair are inserted into & pulled through the braids with a crochet sewing wand.
Step 3: When the kinky hair has been installed as full as desired, it is set in rollers and dipped in steaming hot water to set the curls.
Step 4: The rollers are then removed and
the hair is left to air dry before styling.
Step 5: Style as desired. ;-)
