It is not often you find a piece of technology that is innovative, a great design piece, and functional, but the Timbre Speaker is that rare product that checks all boxes. The speaker unit takes the idea of an equalizer for audio and runs with it by offering a unique twist; the unit simply uses two glasses to act as equalizers. Designed by Casey Line the Timbre Speaker uses surface transducers on the inside to vibrate glasses or anything else that sits on top. These glasses then act as a natural equalizer, and while admittedly the sound is not perfect the effect and the design possibilities make this a really interesting concept (sadly that’s all it is at this stage).
