Tights Please! Yes Please!

By Annamoss84 @missanniebean
What can I say? It's been a crazy few weeks.  I know, I know... "When has Annie ever not had a crazy week?!"  but honestly this has been a whirl wind, as I've not stood still!

I've started to reorganise myself this week, and whilst I was digging through my drawer full of tights... I started to notice I'm very boring with them.  I go for the safe, basic colours and nothing else.  Why is that?  I haven't a clue!  So when the fabulous Tights Please (who have been operating online for 11 years!) sent me a pair of their gorgeous tights to review, I opened the package and gulped. They were Red or Dead Erica tights in Colbalt blue,  I loved them but what the devil would I wear them with?

I said this year I'd start to branch out with my style, and take a few more risks with the outfits I presented.  Today I've gone for a bit of a classic rock inspired ensemble.  I've dug out my Bruce Springsteen vintage baseball jersey top, cut off Topshop denim skirt, and teamed them with white low cut All Stars.  Instead of sticking in my comfort zone with black leggings or bare legs, I've thrown in the Red of Dead tights.  What do you reckon?

Rockin' the Bruce!

For someone who is a bit hesistant about wearing printed, or colourful tights. I certainly found these to be subtle however, they still created a fun look. The quality of tights were amazing, they slid on and for a rare time I didn't feel I was going to ladder them, like many other tights I've bought.  These particular Red or Dead Erica tights come in the colbalt blue (what I'm wearing), and also in black and they are £14.99.

I'm certainly going to start adding more tights (other than simple nude or black ones) to my collection.  If you do want more exciting tights with a variety of prints, head over to Tights Please  they don't just sell these, there are stockings, hold ups, leg warmers, socks, lingerie, shapewear, beauty... the list goes on and on!

Will you be following me on my fun legwear journey?!

xoxo
