Three Williams

By Takeeatfoodblog
Three Williams didn't disappoint me on my first visit and now on my second visit it has climbed the ladder of my top places to eat! I love the ambiance of Three Williams, it definitely gives a very welcoming vibe to this humble cafe. My friends and I walked from Central station, it took us around 15- 20 minutes, and when we got there we were definitely ready to eat. We were greeted immediately by a few happy and friendly staff and was given a comfortable table in the corner.

The menu hasn't changed extensively since my last visit, I think the only change was the different flavor of narnies (signature house made naan- style flat bread with fillings). Last time I didn't try the narnies, since I came in for breakfast and felt it was a bit heavy for the morning, I knew I had to try the narnies because it seemed to be the go-to dish for most people. We ended up ordering the bimbimbap pulled pork narnie, this seemed the most unique and interesting one out of the other narnie flavours. Since my other two friends have not been to Three Williams before I definitely wanted them to try the crunchy brioche french toast and at first bite they fell inlove! For sides we ordered the beer battered chips with aioli sauce and a fish croquette each.

The service was impeccable, the staff were extremely helpful and constantly had a cheerful expression. They were very observant and provided us with extra cutlery and napkins without us asking. Three Williams should definitely be very proud of how far it has come and the name it is making for itself! :)
Cappuccino
Passionfruit soda
Chips w/ aioli | $7.00
The beer battered chips were cut not too thin or thick, just the way I like my chips! :P There was a generous amount of chips for the price of $7, some chips even fell on the floor when the waiter put it on our table. The aioli sauce was the perfect match the crunchy chips.
Fish croquettes | w/ lemon and aioli | $3.00 each
The fish croquettes were the cutest little things placed in egg cartons- thumbs up to the presentation of this dish! The croquettes had a crisp outer coating that was a good starting point before biting in to the fluffy, soft center. The inside had a soft and creamy texture that was piping hot, this definitely made us all happy little munchkins!
Bimbimbap pulled pork narnie | (signature house made naan-style flat bread) - with chilli kimchi, bean sprouts and julienne carrots |
At first I thought this narnie was going to be quite spicy since it said chilli in the description but the chilli is quite mild, which is good because I am someone who is very sensitive to chilli :P The pulled pork was very tender and moist and melted instantly in your mouth. I would of liked the naan bread to bit a little bit softer because it was quite chewy but nonetheless this dish was a definitely a favorite for us and I'll definitely be back to try the other flavours of narnies.
Crunchy Brioche French Toast |  w/ Yogurt, Nuts and Berries|$14.00
The crunchy brioche french toast is indescribable! I highly, highly recommend this dish when you visit Three Williams, you don't want to miss out. The toast this time was much thicker than the first time I ordered it, the inside was extremely fluffy and it had a nice crispy outer layer. The yogurt was not too sweet and there was a very generous amount that was able to be distributed evenly over the entire toast.
Three Williams definitely did not disappoint second time round, in fact it has made it one of my favorite cafes in Sydney. I can't get over how perfect the entire dining experience was! We even bumped into Dami Im (X- Factor winner) and she was nice enough to let us take a photo with her :P If you haven't been to Three Williams, I recommend you go and just experience it for yourself!
