According to police sources, the first blast occurred at a garbage dump while the second blast exploded about 15 minutes later when police and rescue officials rushed at the site.
A police mobile van and three ambulances were also destroyed in the blast. According to initial investigation, the first blast was planed in a canister while second was placed in a cement block.
No group has claimed the responsibility of the attack so far.
