As the weather turns a bit, parents might be looking for indoor activities and events to keep little ones occupied. Boekstart at Permeke is a read-aloud (in Dutch) for kids aged 0-4, starting at 11pm -it’s free -just turn up with your small person at the kids’s section of the library.
It’s the event that for many of us means summer is truly done Bar Noord in Park Spoor Noord is closing this weekend – you can enjoy the last party from 4pm.
Antwerp Art Book Fair is an annual art book fair event (this is the 6th year) taking place at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp (Mutsaardstraat 31) from 10am- 6pm. It is the largest event of this kind in the Benelux region

More book-love at the library with the monthly second hand book fair on de Coninckplein: Boekenplein takes place from 10am -4pm.
This weekend should be mild (15-16 degrees with sunny spells) but there will be chances of light showers over on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
