So, for the most part exploring alternatives and improvising new ways of serving vegetables, grains and legumes have been making family mealtime more interesting and enjoyable for us. Sometimes we serve our legumes like this here and other times using chickpeas instead of lentils. Or simply giving a twist to this green juice, adding pineapple instead of the tomato and green apples - which tastes great with the ginger!
