Thank God!!! BET has finally added two more performers to this years awards show. Even though I’m a little excited to see the show, the performers list looked a little low. Yesterday, it was announced that The Weeknd and Alicia Keys will be hitting the stage this Sunday.
The Weeknd and Alicia join previously announced performers Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, Big Sean, Robin Thicke, and Janelle Monáe. There will also be a tribute to Janet Jackson, which will be presented by the one and only super turnt up Ciara, Jason Derulo (-_-), and Tinashe. The awards are hosted by my imaginary parents Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross. The BET Awards 2015 air live on Sunday, June 28, at 8 p.m.
