Justice Department says it will end use of private prisons

This is extremely good news. Some things are too important (and subject to abuse) to be relegated to the private sector: corrections and health care are two striking examples. Kudos to the Department of Justice for making the right call. Private prisons have always been a humanitarian disaster.
